Maple Bay, British Columbia
Waterfront living on the shores of Maple Bay β ocean views from every window overlooking Salt Spring Island, sailboats at anchor, and the sound of the sea.

About the Property
Perched directly above the government wharf, The Maple Bay House puts you at the heart of one of Vancouver Island's most beloved waterfront communities. Watch sailboats drift in and out of anchor from your kitchen window, your bedroom, or the front garden seating area β ocean views follow you from room to room.
The property is a beautifully maintained 2-storey home with a separate, fully soundproofed basement suite. Both units have private entrances, so guests rarely cross paths. The main house offers 2,000 sq ft of bright, ocean-facing living space. The suite is a cozy 900 sq ft retreat with its own large balcony.
Out back, vegetable and fruit gardens are yours to pick from when in season. In front, a garden seating area faces the water. It's the kind of place that makes you slow down.
